ANTON MEWS

LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY

Nestled within a triangular site in the London Borough of Hackney, currently occupied by a derelict factory and encircled by 3-5 storey housing from all sides, the design responds creatively to the site's constraints with individual private gardens and a communal landscape area displaying a planting palette suitable to the shaded location.

The minimalist landscape design complements the proposed architectural style of the mews, with the facade treatment inspired by the language of the 19th Century town houses.

The design has successfully gained planning approval.
